Our roots date back to 1938 and our values still remain today.

John is the VP of Benefits at Johnson Pohlmann Insurance. He as been a Team Member for 24 years. John has been in the insurance industry for 34 years and has earned certifications as Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Workers Compensation Advisor. John is a Past Chairman of Big I of Kentucky. John grew up in Danville KY, attended Danville High School and the University of Kentucky. When not at work, John enjoys playing golf, watching his daughter play golf, and being out on the lake.

Scott was born in Louisville, KY but his family moved to Danville when he was very young. Scott calls Danville his home town. Scott has been a Team Member at Johnson Pohlmann Insurance for more than 20 years. Before that, Scott was in sales and insurance for 10 years at several companies located in south eastern states. Scott is Vice President of Commercial Lines Insurance. Scott attended Boyle County High School and the University of Kentucky. He holds insurance certifications as CIC and CWCA. When not at work Scott enjoys romantic dinners and long walks on the beach with his partner.

Steph enjoys meeting new people and helping people understand the complex insurance world, making sure that business and farms are insured properly to protect their livelihood. Steph calls Harrodsburg her hometown. She attended Mercer County High School. When she is not at work, Steph enjoys spending time with her husband and three girls., reading, camping, and riding horses.

Shelly manages the Family Lines insurance team and she is also the Claims Manager for all property and casualty claims. Shelly is proud to help customers insure their most important assets and being there for her clients every step of the way through any claim big or small. She enjoys the relationships she has made and continues to make. Shelly is from Stanford, Ky and attended Lincoln County High School. She loves to travel when not at work.

Chasity enjoys building long lasting relationships with all her clients. Chasity graduated from Russell County High School and went on to attend Lindsey Wilson College.
